Travel ease

Reading The Help, it's the same story today in Hawaii. We pass throngs of Hawaiians waiting for their bus outside the fancy Napili Hotels. The tourists are pouring in for happy hoours, the 'help' is going home to their families .Brown bag lunch of peanut butter and sunflower seed butters, celery sticks and an apple. 'The Remains of the Day', from the Vancouver refrigerator. Dan dozes on the plane. He hasn't had a week off in eight months. Lunch at Dukes is a Mahi mahi sandwich for Dan, and a ceasar Mahi for me. In the habit of counting weight watcher points I order the dressing on the side and am surprised that I eat half of it. Shopping for groceries at the Times Market is a treat. $110.46 buys two bags full and we are set for the week. No sign of Mikey. Turtles surf in our front beach. First one is Alfonso. Swim with Dan at sunset watch the sun dip behind Lanai. Watch 60 minutes: Steve Jobs story. Raisin rosemary crackers with Brie and a nightcap.
Set an intention to live Fully this week, and the word appears as Freely. hey!
